Ich freue mich sehr über eure Projekte mit meinen Digi Stamps. Hier sind einige rechtliche Hinweise, die ihr für die Benutzung beachten müsst.

Alle Digi Stamps sind ausschließlich für den persönlichen Gebrauch bestimmt.

Darf ich Karten, Layouts oder sonstige Projekte verkaufen, die ich mit deinen Digi Stamps gemacht habe?

Ja, das darfst du, wenn sie von dir handgefertigt sind und die Digi Stamps handkoloriert sind. Du darfst sie gern für deine kreativen Projekte benutzen und in kleiner Stückzahl verkaufen, aber bitte mach einen Copyrightvermerk auf der Rückseite des Projekts, bzw. verlinke auf meinen Blog.

Darf ich deine Digi Stamps im Internet verbreiten?

Du darfst sehr gern auf meinen Blog verlinken. Es ist dir jedoch nicht erlaubt, die Digi Stamps selbst anzubieten, zu verkaufen oder sie als dein Eigentum auszugeben. Das bedeutet auch, dass es dir nicht erlaubt ist, aus den Digi Stamps Cutting Files zu erstellen oder daraus wiederverwendbare Stempel herzustellen. Es ist dir außerdem nicht erlaubt, die Digi Stamps unkoloriert auf deinem Blog oder deiner Website zu zeigen.

Am I allowed so sell cards, layouts or projects using your digi stamps?

Yes, you are free to sell the cards or other projects you made with my digi stamps; you may only use them for your hand made craft projects on a small scale, no mass production in any way. And please don’t forget to credit my blog or refer to my blog.

Am I allowed to redistribute your digi stamps?

You are allowed to link back to my blog. You are not allowed, to distribute or resell them nor claim the digi stamps as your artwork. That also means that you are not allowed to make the stamps into svg cutting files or into physical rubber stamps. It is also not allowed to post any uncoloured image of the digi stamp on your blog or website.
