Ich habe Windradfolie als durchsichtiges Element benutzt, darauf die Skyline der Stadt gesetzt und die Sprechblase. „I don’t have a problem with caffeine, I have a problem without it!“ – schreit das Monster und verwüstet die Stadt. Nach dem langen Wochenende werde ich am Montag vermutlich so aussehen. Ihr auch?

here in Germany we have a long weekend, phew, I really needed this break. You too? So calm down and keep crafting. This time we challenge you with our new theme – we want to see a transparent item! I made the perfect monday morning card – „I don’t have a problem with caffeine, I have a problem without it!“ screams the monster and destroys the city. After that long weekend, I’m pretty sure that’s me on monday… meh.

Mimimi-Montag

Nachdem ich die letzten fünf Tage entweder komatös geschlafen habe oder Dinge getan habe, über die ich als Lady einfach nicht sprechen kann – sagen wir, das Porzellan und ich haben einen Schieber getanzt – ist die Mimimi-Zeit heute hoffentlich vorbei. Der Arzt sagt, ich darf jetzt erstmal keinen Kaffee, der arme Magen und so. Das ist also meine perfekte Karte für Montagmorgen…

Anti Love

Ehrlich? Ich glaube, ich mache mir emotional mehr aus Freitag, dem 13. als aus dem Valentinstag. Und weil ich mir so wenig aus diesem Tag mache, bekommt ihr diese Woche auch keine gewöhnlichen Herzchenkarten gezeigt. Denn Mädels, mal ehrlich – kauft euch eure Blumen und Schokolade selbst.

To be honest – I’m not into Valentine’s Day. It used to be not a big deal here in Germany – just like Halloween. Guys, I love you for Halloween, but can I return Valentine’s Day? Don’t get me wrong, I’m able to love people (and stamps and people who bring me stamps), but I’m not into that heart-and-love-stuff nailed to one day of the year. So, I decided to show you some anti love cards this week. Are you ready? We start slow, don’t worry.

Tischnachbarn

Der Liebste ist eingezogen. Was, denkt ihr jetzt? Der wohnt doch schon hier. Jahaa, aber seit drei Tagen steht jetzt sein Schreibtisch in meinem Refugium. Wir sind jetzt Tischnachbarn. Er schreibt, ich stempel. Es ist toll. Okay, er hat mir eine Schreibtischlampe geklaut, aber noch ist es schön und wir vertragen uns gut. Ich schreibe das auch auf, um mich eventuell selbst daran zu erinnern.

The dearest moved in. Maybe you are like „What? But you are living with him already!“ Yes, I know, but he moved his desk into my craft room. We share one hideaway now and I love it. He is writing, I’m stamping. Okay, he already stole my table lamp, but I’ll steal it back. It’s nice to have him around. Okay, maybe I write this down just in case I’ll bann him in a few days. Right now it’s still nice.

Schick und Schnell – Tischläufer aus Organza bestempeln

Okay, okay, ich kann es nicht, glaube ich. Nähen. Seit Jahren will ich es endlich lernen oder zumindest probieren – in meinem Freundeskreis wird nämlich fleißig genäht und fast jede meiner Freundinnen hängt an der Nadel und der Gruppenzwang, ne? Das spielt sich dann manchmal so ab:

„Ich hab mir diese Tasche genäht. Mit extra Taschen für mein Handy und meine Bücher und so.“

„Ich hab eine Karte gemacht.“

„Und das Kleid, das ich anhabe auch.“

„Die Karte kann man aufklappen, da steht drinnen noch was… siehst du? Toll.“

„Das Schnittmuster hab ich angepasst. Nächste Woche nähe ich die passende Jacke.“

„Ich hab… Stempel.“

Na vielleicht nicht genau so, aber es fängt die Stimmung gut ein. Aber – wir alle können irgendwas, egal ob Stoff oder Papier, wichtig ist, dass es uns glücklich macht. Mich hat eine orangfarbene Organzatischdecke aus dem Billigladen sehr glücklich gemacht – und meine Stempel!

Diesmal verzichte ich auf eine Fotoanleitung – es ist einfach zu einfach! Ihr benötigt neben dem Organzastoff nur ein Stempelkissen, Stempel und ein Stück Papier zum Unterlegen, damit die Farbe nicht durchdrückt.

Stamps: Inkadinkado „Trick or Treat“

Meine Tischdecke war innerhalb von zehn Minuten fertig und hat alles in allem 1,50 Euro gekostet – und ich bin doch nicht etwa die einzige mit einem knappen Budet, oder? Ich denke jetzt an individuelle Tischdecken für den Geburtstagstisch, mit Liebesbotschaften, Weihnachten, Ostern… und ihr?

I can’t sew. Well, I haven’t tried it in a long time, but the most of my crafty friends sew and sometimes I feel like a misfit. But I’m a misfit with stamps – and a good idea.  Well, I guess it’s a good idea – stamping on organza! I found a tablecloth in the dollarshop and bought one in orange for my Halloween decoration. My tablecloth was ready in about ten minutes – and I’m not the world’s fastest stamper. You only need an ink pad, your stamp and a piece of paper, so the colour won’t bleed through – stamp, stamp, stamp and done! Now I’m thinking of fast tablecloths for birthdays, stamped love letters and christmas of course… and you?
